Winn Realty & Appraisal LLC is a real estate services company located in
Janesville, Wisconsin.  Established in 1976, the company is a family owned
and operated small business.   Our areas of expertise include REO asset
management, real estate sales and residential real estate appraisal.   Our
mission is to provide these services with an ongoing commitment to
customer service, professional integrity and continued growth.

Blair Winn - Broker/Owner

Blair Winn is the Broker/Owner of Winn Realty & Appraisal LLC.   He has personally listed and sold over 2,000 single-family properties and recently completed his term as 2011 President of the Rock-Green Realtors Association. Mr. Winn has been awarded Realtor of the Year by the Rock-Green Realtors Association and has been a Director for the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service.   He holds degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
